Midtown

News and city life in Midtown.

About Midtown

Midtown grew out of an old industrial area northwest of Downtown. Today it is known for new high-rises, galleries and big-name shopping.

The area runs from Biscayne Bay west to I-95 and blends into Wynwood and the Design District. People come for restaurants, craft beer and art openings. It is a busy, urban place. Families looking for big parks and open space may find fewer of them here.
