About Edgewater

Edgewater is a quieter, mostly residential strip of towers along Biscayne Bay, just north of Downtown.

It sits a few blocks from Wynwood, Midtown and the Design District, and one bridge from Miami Beach. Bayfront parks give people room to walk, run and paddle. You will find good restaurants and shops nearby, but not many nightclubs. Most homes are in mid-rise and high-rise buildings with water views.
