Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026. This page explains, in plain words, what information we see and how we use it.
The short version
You can read The Miami Lookout® without signing up. We do not sell your information. We do not run ads that follow you around the web.
Newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address goes to beehiiv, the service that sends it. beehiiv may record whether emails are opened or links are clicked. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Home value tracker
Our home value page uses a tool from Homebot. If you enter your address or contact details there, Homebot receives them to send your home value reports. Those reports come from Joe Biscaha, who may follow up about them.
Maps and outside services
Our maps are provided by Google Maps. Videos and posts we link to live on YouTube and Instagram. These services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you use them.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site only stores what it needs to work, such as keeping our editor signed in. The outside services above may set cookies of their own.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To ask about or remove information you have shared with us, reply to any newsletter issue or message us on Instagram at @themiamilookout.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
