Miami Beach approves NoLi plan to turn a Lincoln Road alley into a dining lane
Commissioners voted 7-0 to let developer Michael Comras rebuild a city-owned stretch of North Lincoln Lane with outdoor dining, shops and cafes. The first phase is expected by mid-2027.
